WE OFFER ALL OUR POLE COURSES ON EITHER STATIC OR SPINNING POLE.

BEGINNER 1 (STATIC)


First time? This course is for you!
NO, you do not need to have experience or be strong to do this course.
ALL ages and fitness levels are welcome.
Over 8 weeks you will learn on your very own pole… An introduction to pole fitness, heaps of skills including moves, spins, strength, conditioning, an introduction to climbing and basic aerial tricks (optional). Includes fun beginner dance routines and try the spinning poles! Progress at your own pace with the guidance of your instructor. (Very popular course!)

BEGINNER 2 (STATIC OR BEGINNER SPIN)



Now you’re well acquainted with your pole...It’s time to attempt more challenging
tricks and get aerial! Spinners will be introduced to this different graceful style and
how to control the super fun spinning pole! More intricate spins, basic aerial tricks,
inverts and dance moves/routines are included in this course.
Continue to develop
technique and strength and creative combos.

INTERMEDIATE 1 (STATIC OR SPIN)



Your guns are starting to show and you are developing pole style!

In this course you will be introduced to some more challenging aerial tricks and begin to develop freestyle dance.
Short routines, basic aerial trick combo’s and more intense strength training included.
 Basic balance, handstands and aerial V’s are introduced.
Highly recommended to do 2 or more sessions a week to focus on the exciting and challenging skills in this course.



INTERMEDIATE 2 (STATIC OR SPIN)

 

Up, up and away!
The real acrobatics begin.
You must be a pole addict by now?! To master the tricks at this level, at least two classes per week or investing in your own pole for home is a great idea. You will learn creative transitions, more intense moves and a routine with dance and aerial tricks combined. Pole games and challenges will be set in this course to mix up your training.

ADVANCED PREP (STATIC)



Making the transition into an Advanced poler?!
This is an exciting time and a big step up from Intermediate.
Prepare your body for the big ones including handsprings, push out V’s, shoulder mounts and more. Get started some bigger tricks to turn into variations and progressions in our advanced levels. Lots of strength and conditioning, dance and new skills in this course to make it all the more fun and challenging!


ADVANCED 1 (STATIC OR SPIN)



Defying gravity at last! This course if full of aerial trick combinations, strong hold movements and handsprings!
Freestyle dance, pole games and intense strength training.
At this level, students are encouraged to develop their own routines and dance style. There are strength and flexibility requirements to execute moves correctly in this course.

ADVANCED 2 (STATIC OR SPIN)



You are well and truly one dedicated pole dancer now! 
The dance and trick combinations in this level are challenging and fun with a high level of skill.
Focus is on perfecting each trick to performance quality with correct technique and beautiful lines. Syllabus is set with goals to be reached to move to the next level, with some new and creative tricks and variations thrown in the mix each term to keep it fresh!

ADVANCED 3 (STATIC OR SPIN)




Training to perfect and create! This level is intense!
With all the skills built up over your pole time, this is a level to get creative and Abs, Abs Abs! Dynamic aerial combinations and intense strength requirements means you are one fit individual if you make it to this level! This course includes inverts, aerial handsprings and making all your tricks look smooth and effortless. Train towards professional performance level for studio events and competitions or just to challenge and motivate yourself!

Casual Classes





 

OPEN POLE SESSIONS

 

This is scheduled practice time.

We are open at these times for any of our clients to use the studio at their leisure for their own training. These sessions are open to all levels.

There are no instructors for these sessions, but, the studio is set up and sound system ready to go. 

We recommend practice time for anyone enrolled in a course, to complement their in class training to work on mastering skills and routines outside of class.
