Demi began her pole journey in 2016 at Kylie J Pole studio. She has always loved the freedom and challenge that dance and acrobatics provides and found that pole was the perfect combination of both.She competed in gymnastics from a young age, eventually moving to dance classes including hip-hop, jazz/contemporary and acrobatics. She continued to dance all throughout high school, but stopped after moving to attend University.

After a two-year break from dancing, Demi struggled to find classes for adults with a fitness style she truly enjoyed – until she found pole! A perfect combo of fitness and fun, she hasn’t been able to get enough since and now attends Advanced 2 Static and Spin. She progressed through the levels with enthusiasm and dedication, with a well-rounded set of skills on both Spin and Static pole. She was awarded ‘Most Entertaining’ at our 2019 Steel the Spotlight student competition.

Demi has been a warm and bubbly personality around the studio for four years and has been greeting you all from reception for one. Nothing brings her more joy than watching everyone’s pole journey and helping them improve. She is so excited to be taking on her new role as part of the instructor team in 2020, and can’t wait to share her experience with you all!
