Members receive weekly class credits to book into classes or courses.

Memberships operate similarly to a gym-style membership, providing ongoing access to the studio and classes.

All classes and courses are booked online, and bookings can be made in advance.

Memberships used for Pole Level courses are committed to the full 8-week term. As these are structured courses, memberships remain active for the duration of the term once booked.

Class credits are valid while the membership is active and do not sit separately on the account. If a membership is cancelled, any remaining credits will expire at the same time.

Weekly membership credits roll over for up to 7 days. Any unused credits after this time will expire.

If you are unable to attend 2 or more weeks of a course, you may request a make-up class in writing, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Membership credits can be used across all available classes, including Pole Level courses and specialised classes.

A minimum of 7 days written notice is required for all membership cancellations.

For memberships being used toward courses, the earliest cancellation date is at the end of the 8-week term.

Memberships are charged via weekly direct debit from your nominated credit card or bank account.

Memberships can be upgraded or downgraded at any time.
